Paint in acrylic
Education: autodidact
The paintings
are mostly abstract and relate to abstract expressionism. Figurative

Curiosity and playfulness in the

A central idea for me is the form, which should be a way of experience for the viewer who should be able to fill in with their imagination. I would like to name my paintings as "objects" when you associate the paintings with the idea of a form, which has come to be the end result of an inner experience or idea. In my objects I use different numbers of shapes. They are represented in different long series and in a specific system for each object. The uniformity and symmetry of the paintings allow a growing and the possibility of great variation. There are no limits here. The geometry is important in my paintings, but never as a self-purpose, it wants to tell us something. One can sense timeless principles in the compositions developed from the early, more contemplative, restrained form studies to life-affecting displays of color and rhythm, where the imagination of the viewer places limitations.
